Once a client has purchased out-of-home (OOH) or digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising media, we provide services to help ensure fulfillment and proper execution of contractual obligations. We believe it is essential for our clients to ensure that their ad dollars are being maximized and hope that our services help to ensure that.

Our field professionals visit each of the client’ purchased advertising media spots and conduct a formal audit to ensure the advertising media is in the proper condition, highly visible and free from blockage, properly illuminated at night, posted on schedule, and conduct an overall assessment using our AARS rating system. We also provide extensive photo documentation to provide evidence of condition, timely posting, etc.

Our in house team conducts custom research to meet your needs by providing its own prospective on the advertising media and analyzing the location’s demographics as well as other data to see if the media is providing the greatest potential return on investment. We can also have our team verify the contract and invoices to ensure that actual expenditures match the advertising media and terms.
